I am 63 now and have played slide much of that time in alternate tunings on my Electric, Baritone and Bass guitars. I have sampled the drummer in my band and imported the beat of a song into this looper, it's a little work but it's great! I wish there was a reggae beat, but I've made a loop in EZ drummer and imported it, that will be my MO forwards 😉

Good info, 👍🏻 Thank you Not quite clear on tunings & string sets, though. Using 12-52s and substitute 12 for a 14 , you would tune for Open G then Capo2 for A. Are you suggesting that you would you not use this set to also re- tune to Open D with E at Capo 2 ? Not sure why. Thanks

doed this Pedal have any reverse playback or modes ?

Hi, I've got a Guild SC antique burst semi hollow that I don't use much so I've decided to at least for the time being to set it up for slide. Of course it's easy enough to raise the action using the bridge saddles but I'm unsure what to do about the nut, The action is quite low so should I get a higher nut and if so what height above the 1st fret do you have on your slide or what would you recommend? Thanks.

This unit is great. But I'm worried about the longevity of those foot switches as they tend to take a lot of stomping.

I've had this looper a while and it's great - my third looper after having a Digitech Jamman and a Nu-x. What I've been enjoying doing lately is recording the first loop in one of the stereo channels and then the second loop in the other, playing back with one channel routed to one amp (or speakers) and the second channel to another amp or speakers. 🔊🔊😎

Pretty good looper if all you want to do is jam along with some drum beats or record some rhythm loops to play over. However, be warned that if you want to transfer loops to or from your computer, the software from Donner doesn't work on mac. This was a deal breaker for me as I wanted to transfer my own beats to the looper to practice with. Not possible, so it was returned. It's a shame, because I really liked jamming along with the drum beats and recording loops. I watched another reviewer who compared four of these Chinese loopers and the Lekato looks promising with a usb-c connection. But, then again, I'm leery of buying yet another Chinese pedal that may not work as advertised. I'm currently looking at an rc-5, which, unfortunately, is double the price and way more complicated.
