DMC Threads here in the Philippines is so very expensive now. Before, way back 2008 the price is 10php. Now is 25php so some of my cross stitch projects, I used CXC threads, before is 8php now is 12php. Soon, I will try this Royal Broiderie threads.

Well, i do not wear my sewing thread. It is on my needle. I have bought these threads for many, many years. They are all excellent. Polyester which is what cxc is blended with, was produced specifically to guard against fading. Royalbroderie is pure cotton. It will fade at tge same rate as dmc

Wowzers, you have been through lots again! So, so glad that things have worked out so well! Can't wait to see what you come up with next. Things have also been quite stressful with my family and has even caused enough stress for one member of the family to have panic attacks and heart palpitations and I have felt enough stress that it started messing with some of my meds.... But I always have to remind myself that it will pass and I will come through the other side like I always have.😊

Thank you for sharing your experience. I had a hysterectomy in August 2022, and now experiencing a lot intestinal pain. I had IBS before the Hysterectomy. Did it get better for you.

Anxiety absolutely goes away. I suggest getting your mineral levels checked. Magnesium, potassium are just 2 of many markers that can cause anxiety when deficient. I suffered horrific anxiety in 2018. My Doctor sent me for a full blood panel. I was severely deficient in magnesium and iron and my sodium/potassium levels were off. I completely changed my diet and within 6 months - I was back to normal. Since then, I have met 100’s of people that were the same or worse than I was. They reversed it as well. Most people only check BP, blood sugars, cholesterol and triglycerides. Get your mineral levels checked yearly as well. Thank you for sharing your story. ❤️

Another very bold example would be the myopia (nearsightedness) epidemic. If I could be granted one wish, it would be that more people would wear a mask. I teach and even when our school mask mandate was lifted, I continue to wear a mask. I also wear one when I'm out in public. Many people give me bad looks but I just let it go. I don't think they understand that I wear the mask for their protection. Sending you well wishes!!
