    I find it insightful and uncommonly frank for a major corporate presentation to make the statement that "Management dependence on subject matter experts" is a business challenge. I am in violent agreement that most "subject matter experts" add comparatively little value, and am pretty certain that within my lifetime will likely be outperformed by LLM/AI powered "Google Search". On the other hand, in my personal experience, I have been fortunate to have had a handful of mentors who not only knew the facts, but more importantly to know when to coach me when I did not know what I did not know... I think that expertise based on both broad business experience as well as true depth in specific areas, going beyond a single subject matter, will continue to be invaluable.

    Hi Anusha, very good video with value information. i tested but see this error. slot Extracharges "You will be charged $5 more becuase you have more than 3 toppings, yes to confirm? no Back to Toppings", selecte "no" branch #2, go back to slot Toppings, the error showed up "Invalid Bot Configuration: Reached maximum number of allowed steps in single user input. Please update the bot definition to avoid any potential loops", do you have see it in the lab? any fix? thank you.

    How can we add a post fulfillment message after we got response from our lambda function. Suppose our Hotel is confirmed and now we want to say "Do you still have any query". After this our bot should fire another intent if we say "Yes" else close on "NO". NOTE: We have got response from Lambda function, after that we need post fullfillment message

      Hi Samim, There are multiple ways to achieve this, one of the solution is ,post fulfillment we can branch out to another intent where we will ask the user if he has any query, (this will be the slot prompt) and then evaluate conditions at the slot level. If the user says yes the we can branch out to other intent like you said , else if he says no then we can close the conversation there. Hope my solution answers your query.

    Smart bot more like Dumb bot. They always get everything wrong and these bots are good for misinterpreting. That's what their best at. Extremely annoying. Bots make me have the urge to go on a bot dismembering spree. Smash them to pieces!
