after having this bass for more than 5 years I can relate to what you are saying. I think is my most love/hate bass

Arround 1:30? That's an Envelope Filter. The one I'm using is in the C4 synth pedal, but there are a lot of options out there, I would recommend the one from mxr, is very used for a lot of bassist but I'm sure you can find more options

strings are Ernie ball slinky 40-95(blue package) like 2years old. pickups, around 65% bridge(J) 45%neck(P) tone open, no eq. I have a MXR compressor doing quite some work, because this song is demanding an at some point for the speed you have to play very soft, on the DAW a have some FET compression and a bit of boost around 900Hz(depends on the bass)

I got the standard ones(black) but they put too much tension on my bass, and I was looking for the light ones but they were out of stock. So I got these one and I'm very happy, keep in mind if you compare them to roundwounds they are heavier. These would be like a light set of normal roundwounds strings

@@venonalarcon71 pues al principio vino con algunos detalles, pero conseguí corregirlos y despues de eso muy bien aun lo tengo, es muy ligero y creo q es el 6 cuerdas mas barato que hay.

@@venonalarcon71 los detalles fueron, el ajuste del mástil, y una pastilla dejo de funcionar, al final encontré el motivo y volvió a funcionar pero ya habia comprado unas nuevas que son las que tengo actualmente. Luego de unos meses tuve que engrasar un poco los potenciómetros. De resto todo perfecto. Es muy comodo y ligero
