I really love this! Been trying to figure out a way to make something for a while and this just might work. Though I have to ask... Does the Marzipan have to be in small amounts for can it be molded into something as big as a melon in size? Would the size effect the taste and time needed for the Marzipan to harden?
Oh that's some good questions! I am no expert but I would think it would hard to mix the whole thing, but it's worth a try! 😅

TIP: To avoid your sugar flaking off, gently brush off the excess with a dry paint brush and then go over the whole design with acrylic sealant about three or so coats. Works like a charm for me.
