Thank you. This is well done! In my family we home made Tourtière for the holiday season. My Mother’s recipe wasn’t written down. Since she was allergic to mace, her meat pie was flavored with herbs. It was delicious and I had ketchup with it. Now I make the meat pie with spices and herbs and a gluten-free crust.
