I'm pretty sure you got one of the harder endings to get in the game. You can get a self-portrait ending, a wife portrait and wife and child portrait ending. Not sure how to get the different ones to trigger but I know it has to do with items you gather/leave behind and how you deal with certain scripted encounters.

The music on the first floor is just ambience to throw you off from hearing Jimmy like how the second floor has more wind than the other floors. And to lock Jimmy in a room, you have to call him from the room you're in, let him see you go into the wardrobe, and wait about 30 seconds. Once you're sure he's in the room (you won't hear him doing his taunts outside, and you'll see your menu button is still red) quickly make a break for it and run outside, otherwise he'll get you from the bathroom. Then pull out your keys and choose whatever room key you bamboozled him in and lock the door. Jimmy also gets more aggressive not only as you progress in the game (and he gets faster at changing floors) but especially if you go in and out of rooms constantly 😭. Also, you have to link the wooden paddle with Dr Bose trying to administer the drug. Sorry for the long paragraph, loved the gameplay!

Also, I don't know if you know this, but you can lock Jimmy in rooms if you can get out fast enough. Its very convenient 😭
