I tried connecting a dual monitor to my all-in-one PC when logging into my job workspace (Citrix) the dual monitor does not work properly (it freezes the system, the display shows a black screen, etc.) But when I am not in my job workspace the dual monitor works perfectly. Not sure what's wrong.
Hi, do you know how can I adjust resolution or a different parameter so I can use Citrix on two monitors with different size (one screen is a surface pro 7 and the second is an external monitor hp 19.5 inches)
@@nagarajaneashwar8027 I tried with different screen resolutions in the surface so I can use the citrix complete view on both, it is not the greatest solution since I should get the surface closer but it works (the definite solution is to get a second external monitor and buying the surface docking station or equivalent but my budget right now prefers to get the surface closer).
Tried it but it keeps hopping back to 1 screen only Update: I only had a partial install of citrix and you don't get the window option without it.ir needs an account fully loaded to boot correctly, All working now
@@keerthis3774 you can half log in when you load citrix and then log into your company account but when installing citrix, ensure the company details you will end up using are entered in citrix settings so it's a full install, after which you should be fine, citrix can install but not do much, you need to load your company details as part of the install as I understand
What if it doesn't work on mine with citruxx?
Not working for me
Thank you! You're instructions were easy to follow.

Same with me. I tried 4 or 5 hrs to extend the screen inside Citrix but this video helps to share in few seconds. Really good Scott.

Awesome! I tried for an hour and your video shows how to do it in about 5 seconds. Thanks for the help!!

Thank you! Comment about putting screen 1/2 and 1/2 and then click on full screen worked!
