Use a computer and a design program. Use scissors. Print out a stencil. Multiple ways

I don't have a computer but I wanted to make the real webs that can pick you up and everywhere I can go lolol but not so sticky though

It’s actually not a decal. The artwork is all hand drawn. The only decal pet is the “sonic 30th anniversary” and it’s a normal die cut vinyl. Very good quality

Cardboard is a good option, but cardstock is the way to go for me. It’s easier to cut and manipulate. Props on making a costume though!
