Monitor layout needs a change, make one of the monitors up-down. The other 2 are stacked on each other. Add a nice rainfall/calender backround. Some more shelves to.

Clean setup but a few Recommendations: one thing you can get is a full desk mousepad. Also you should try to cable manage
I would rate the desk a five just because it has the legs on I think it would look better without the legs
