12:44 actually curry is a traditional indian dish , yes may have been brought by the british but thats because they took it from us you can check on the history of chicken curry on google :)

Truly beautiful part of Japan. I just got back on the 22nd. I rode my bicycle from Chitose to Wakkanai through the mountains (Furano, Asahikawa, Biei etc), then from Wakkanai to Sapporo on the coast in 3 weeks, camping almost every night. July was rough on me, it rained for a week straight, then it was extremely hot, no in-between lol.

I was an exchange student at Hokkaido University last summer. During my time I went to Shiraoi many time and visited Grandma's. It's so heart warming to see it featured here!
