Hiya! I'm Jira. I do Lets Plays! Mostly games from my childhood, so a lot of PS1/N64, but also some blind runs mixed in :) This is mostly a way to practice commentary before my partner and I can record stuff together. Uploads are on Mondays and Fridays, with the occasional bonus video on Wednesday.

Hey! Great video bro, I actually got confused lol. I'm playing the new one, I played 2 for the PS2 first then when I tried to play 1 I immediately turned it off after trying to go off a building and dying lmfao. I should have gave it a chance!
Yeah this is the first part that legit angers me xD There's a boss fight in an episode or two that kinda breaks me and I'm just a bit salty throughout the rest haha. Games super hard!

Yeah im not sure either. I guess they just wanted to try to force more of a gap between gym leaders so the entire game wasnt just 5 gyms in a row or something.

To be fair, this games does get a bit wonky in places, so I assume its harder work than you would think! This is still a great hack and idea, though :) Always loved "X game but you're playing as a character from Y" stuff haha.

As a kid I was told that mario was unlockable and I blew so many hours collecting everything before figuring out I was lied too. I wonder if whoever built this had the same traumatizing experience and said "fine I'll add him myself "
Maybe haha. We all had silly playground rumors we believed in as kids! :) I was told you could unlock a special yoshi in Yoshi's Story and that turned out to be wrong haha.

It is! It has some issues here and there that you'll see in episode 3 and kinda episode 4, but its fun!
Glad I'm not the only one for whom Sword and Shield killed all enjoyment of the series lol. Like, the series has had its moments of tedium, but I'm almost in awe that SwSh made me question if I've just lost the ability to enjoy a Pokemon game. But nope, the earlier games are still great!
Yeah x-x I go into more detail in a future part but it kinda killed the series for me. Like I just don't trust Game Freak to make a tolerable product anymore.
