While large offices offer more opportunities for CCAs to be converted to full time career, there's more work to do and more tension between carriers and management. You have to choose what office best suits your needs. You will be working in other offices as needed. Keep me posted.

Yes, you still are eligible. You need to mark the e-mail address from the post office as "not spam." The post office is desperate for employees as the turnover rate for new hires is close to 60%.

Not all new hires get "refresher training." New employees learn at different paces; some learn quicker and other take a little longer. The postmaster sees potential in you and wants you to succeed. You may be needing assistance in casing a route or learning the finer points in delivering mail on the street. We'll recommend a training session on a difficult route in the office like a downtown business route. Go to the training and do your best.

@@blue99saturn I see and thanks for the quick reply. Some people from upper management came down to checked on my office with no notice so I'm not sure if this had something to do with it or not, or if it happens to be some sort of a new safety program.

@@rickhunter6242, no problem. Upper management comes out of their castles on the mount to see how the peasants are doing and to make an appearance. If you weren't doing well in the job or making progress, then you'd be terminated within the 90 day probation period. Just continue to do your best and keep learning.

Does OSHA pays regular visits to the post offices as well?

You can ask to take the LLV driving test again. You may need more training to learn how to drive the vehicle.

@@blue99saturn How can I request that? because I called my postmaster and he answered me that I was left out so that day different situations happened with the intructor,What would I say to know if they are normal or not?

@@michelmontero5811, talk to your union steward or your branch president or other branch officer. They will be able to discuss the issue with the postmaster and allow you to take LLV driving training and the LLV test.

Yes head shoots a lot of debris out when mulching . If you had an option would you rather run a Denis cimaf head on this excavator over the brontosaurus head . Thinking about swapping . Main reason is because we mulch stumps and good size trees that’s why we’ve had big issues with holders breaking

@@4789940255, this was a contractor hired by the utility company to clear away the plant growth from their power lines up on the hill behind my property. The company has an easement to access this land every few years. They notify us days in advance about the work, so we can clear things were don't want damaged.

It depends on how long it takes for the different agencies to report back to human resources at the post office.
