deffos not the best compared to paper bedding mixed with soft hay (which is what i use now)
1 teaspoon is way too little food it should be feed 1 to 2 tablespoons every other day
1-2tbsp every other day is the same amount as 1tsp every day <3

Don’t get me wrong,I am in love with the fact that u actually did ur research,but I’m not really sure about the bedding,it doesn’t seem to hold burrows very well…
it’s been over a year but i’ve since started using a mix of paper bedding and orchard grass hay :)

i just got mine today! i’m not handling her yet obviously, but in the store she seemed pretty chill. shes loving exploring her new cage! I have a niteangel ladder thing (idk what to call it) leading up to a niteangel platform where her food and water is, which she hasn’t really found out how exactly to get up there yet 😂. She’s a mix of brown/tan with black and some white! I named her Eevee after the pokémon. i can’t wait to start handling her and taming her.

I’m glad you’ve done research but just because dwarfs are smaller doesn’t mean they need smaller. They need just as big as a Syrian.

Its so so nice to see someone with propper care who has done their research one thing i would say you can improve on is that the BARE minimum for a dwarf hamster is 100x50x50 you also need to add a variety of sprays (at least 7 different types), forage, at least 3 substrates, coco soil and a multi chamber hide. I would also recomend not to get ur hammie from pah (pets at home) because by buying a pet from them ur supporting them buying from rodent mills (a wharehouse where rodents are bred and bred again until they cant anymore in awful conditions. Im not trying to spread hate as i want whats best for ur hammie ❤

i love all of this but I prefer paper bedding as it is better at holding burrows, this is just my opionion
I love how you did your research before getting a hamster. You didn’t go though the same mistakes as a lot of hamster owner (including me) well done and robos are such amazing creatures. :)

This looks awesome! And your ham is sooooo cute! A few tips :) You could put the water dish on the multi-chamber hide to avoid it getting buried. You could mix the used bedding in with the new bedding so it smells like the ham all throughout. :)
I cant tell for sure but you rhamster looks like a robo dwarf. Theses hamsters need a large sand bath (at least 1/3 of their cage.) Keep working on enrichmenet too. I would reccomend watching Victoria Raechel on youtube. I am a female syrian owner.
Just a few suggestions, you really should get paper bedding I know that the bedding you have is harder for hammys to burrow. Also I would recommend making your cage more cluttered, as hamsters are natural prey animals they like there cage to be cluttered. I see you have a couple sprays in there great job!
But at the end of the day that are animals and deserve a loving home 🏡💞😅

hii, i use imovie, foodie (for colour grading) and VLLO (for adding subtitles)-the fonts i use are arial italic and didot bold :))
Awesome videos🤗 but something I recommend is not taking all the bedding out just were the pee and poop is at. You can save more money and your hamster won’t be as confused of where they are at

Sooooo Cuuuuuute!
Consider doing spot cleaning! Your hamster will get scared since they marked their scent on everything and if they dont smell their scent their heartrate goes fast and it takes abt an hour for it to clam down :(
