where are the boat slips going to be located? The property is on the other side of the highway adjacent to beach/ocean.

I've seen this landmark for over 40 years. was built in the 50s owned by Philips 66. everything was 66, had 66 rooms, lounge on top, 66 tables, 66 drinks rotated every 66 minutes, elevator 33 seconds up and 33 down etc. lol

Currently the building is at 85% sold out and the developer is managing the building. At the 90% mark, the condo association will elect a Board of Directors and take over normal operations. Feel free to reach out with any other questions. All the best!
