What time in the video are the two parts highlighted in the briefing doc?
The steep descent is at 11:45. The tricky little drop at 28:48 (it's not really tricky it's just if you don't know it's there it can catch you by surprise).
Forecast for Sunday is for south-westerly winds, ie from the southwest. But I note the buildings as we head southwards, and some trees elsewhere on the course, so maybe not as bad as I feared. Also suggestion of some rain on Sunday afternoon. Temps fairly normal.

I'm doing the sprint first time on June 6. After watching this video I'm thinking my road bike might be a better bet for this course with the climbing and the somewhat technical turns? Curious what others think. Regardless thank you for posting this helpful video.
I’ve watched this video today, thinking the same thing? What did you go for in the end? Correct choice or not?
I've done that route a few times. Forget a try or time trial bike (tried it, didn't work), you'll be in the TT position properly for not even 10% of the time. Go for your lightest road bike with try bars. The opening out of Eastbourne...not very long, but a leg-deadner.
