I am going to my local Spirit this week ..I am almost afraid to . The local stores are nearly always missing the best stuff. I think this something Spirit should seriously work on . The visuals and lack of attention to detail in their local facilities is a bit of a customer disappointment after all of the hype leading up to their opening . The fact that the local stores are so poorly stocked with the new merch is also a sad commentary on their management at the local level. These are the things that they need to improve upon desperately.

If they make their mascot an animatronic it needs to be like a grim reaper version of Towering Tullah or Mr. Dark from last year but with even more detail and technology.

I like when the dim the lights because it reminds me of the old actually spooky and vintage Halloween displays from a long time ago and the displays as well as the animatronics and ISE looks so much better in a dim or dark building and a building with no windows.

He’s the best

Night Terror might suck as an Animatronic. But he wouldn't be had to replicate as a costume to scare kids if a real person was dressed like him with a pumpkin mask. Those movements could be easily replicated by a person.

My one local store has a dark ceiling. So it feels much more Halloween than stores with white celings
