I have frequent CRC leakage issues in hot weather never experienced with anything else. Do not store cans in your vehicle if it gets hot. The coating itself works well.

These cars have problems with self adjustment as you reverse. So they end up relying on the front disc which then wear to fast.

Bro u put WAY TO MUCH grease! U barley need a dot of it on the side of the tip (boot tip) the grease can actually cause a bad connection

Great fix to keep the car going. I would clean up the rest of the oil pan and paint with red oxide then topcoat it.
Is red oxide different from Rust Oleum rust reformer?
@@drivingland9164 Hi - yes it is different. To use red oxide you would need to wire brush all the surface rust off with a wire wheel before application. it is just a rust resisting undercoat. Then paint a top coat over it. You may find other areas that have gone porous when you wire brush the oil pan. If you plan to keep the truck best to replace the sump really.

Why is the Napa part number for the belt
I believe the 88.5 inch OC belt that fit was not a NAPA belt. It was a Continental 88.5 inch OC 4060885.

It takes one gallon only?
If you drain and fill the radiator only, then its a bit more than 1 gallon. If you drain the radiator + the block, its a bit more than 2 gallons I believe.

Only 1 quart? And the book say. 80w90 but you used 75w. Is that ok? Want to do mine as well
I live in a cold climate, so 75W is OK for colder weather.
How's the fuel consumption?
It was actually pretty bad on that particular trip, because I was driving fast and gaining a lot of elevation. I believe it was about 10 L/100km (24 mpg US). As a daily driver it consumes 8-9 L/100km (26-29 mpg).
Fluid Film and CRC are not really comparable products. FF is quite a bit less expensive and easier/quicker to apply. This is because it is available in one and five gallon containers that can be used in a paint spray gun or any type of pressurized spray system. CRC is only available in problematic 10 oz spray cans. FF is the way to go if you own large or multiple vehicles. I personally use them both for differing applications. CRC really needs to come out with one and five gallon bulk containers…but then again that might make it totally unaffordable!

UPDATE: I drained my ATF, replaced the AT filter, filled the transmission with about 2 quarts Toyota T-IV and 2 quarts Valvoline Multi-Vehicle Full Synthetic ATF (link below), topped off with Valvoline again as needed and the noise went away! amzn.to/3vUWLTa

It really doesn't matter. The direction of flow can be reversed.
I think everyone who owns vehicles with this 1MZ-FE engine finds out the hard way about what happens when the oil filter is on way too tight and you've got no room to maneuver, along with a scalding hot exhaust manifold if you've run the engine recently. The solution: Ratchet wrench, extension (plugs into the) cap wrench. Once you're changing your own oil filters by hand, you won't need the cap wrench ever again unless you want to use it to tighten the oil filter, and honestly, you don't need to. It's all hands.
Yes you have no room to maneuver if you are stupid enough to try and get it off from the topside! I mean, who does that? Wow!
You can adjust them next time without taking the wheel off. There's a black rubber grommet behind the plate . You can remove it and get to the adjustment wheel.

Good work. Always learning something new. Will use the funnel and milk jug next time. I have been using Supertech Advanced Full Synthetic 5w30 and OEM 90915-20004 for a couple years now.
It works if you have nothing else, but be careful, all of the oil might not fit in there, depends how much your engine burns oil :) A milk just is a bit too tall. Like the video. I changed my fluid and mine started to shift hard 3rd to 4th. question, can the 2005 lexus rx300 bumper fit the earlier one's
You might want to add a friction modifier to your fluid. Not sure which one will be the best for your vehicle. Unfortunately, I don't know about the bumpers...
