The Tol Dagor skip is actually useful for DH because the normal Flashpowder Hood is still the best speed set option for leather wearers even in Dragonflight. The only other option is the helm from Lady Ashvane in Eternal Palace. That means The end boss of Tol Dagor is not only the best option (with the highest ilevel Longstrider value) but also the only repeatedly farmable option since the others are on raid bosses who have limited opportunities to get the drop (plus having lower value of the trait). It's a shame the skip is useless for other classes.
