what if one service inside kubernetes depends on another service...how do they communicate? for example stockmanager makes a request to shopfront...I believe your three services are kind of independent right now

I have deployed Prometheus and grafana in minikube using Helm charts. I then exposed the service of prometheus-server and grafana to NodePort type. However, when i couldn't access prometheus server on browser using ( minikube_ip:Nodeport ). I then realized that i spun up minikube cluster using docker as driver. when we use docker, cluster will be created in a network "cluster". so, exposing service will not let me access using minikbe ip. Appreciate your inputs on this issue. BTW, I tried port forwarding and it worked, but adding promethus as data source in grafana is problematic.
