I NEED YOUR UTMOST ATTENTION. Seems I figured out the crux of the problem. If the vitreous is clean - It's definitely blood vessels issue. Let me explain how I've figure it out. Few days ago I commenced to apply the DETRALEX pills. I was worrying of the pain that had seemed like hemorrhoids beginning. Today evening I saw something similar between rainbow and north shining in the both of my eyes. I closed one eye - rainbow was there. I closed another - the same. It ceased in an hour. But the most interesting is that the most disturbing wide eye floater have almost disappeared. Now it occurs way less noticeable. WE HAVE TO TREAT BLOOD VESSELS! Find the best vessels cure and give it in food and water to everyone. One more notice from me - Maybe I'm insane but I'd taken two azithromycin pills (one per day), just to cleans my body from everything before I started taking detralex. Your comments are desirable

Here is my story. Hope it helps and provides hope to many. I had stable -1 myopia for over 23 years. End of Jan 2023 I had an episode of "Primary Iridocyclitis of Right Eye". Used steroids and dilation drops. These did not improve but worsened the condition. After three weeks I stopped medications and went to tropical island. Hiked a lot and did eye exercises along with being in the sun all day. After 6 weeks my right eye still was weak and I saw things about 20% smaller than the left eye with glasses. But surprisingly after 7 weeks my right eye got better than left eye. I think now my right eye is near 20/20 maybe -0.25. I stopped using glasses after 23 years. The left eye still seems to be -1. I'm trying to continue exercises and reduce that as well. After seeing many articles about myopia from professionals who say it cannot be reversed I now feel like it can be reversed with a prolonged change in habits. Good luck everyone. Take care.

Why no mention of B&L's Trulign Toric accommodating IOL? Being accommodating, they appear to be clearly better than any of the choices you presented, yet few ophthalmologists offer them. From what I can tell, it is mostly because of their high "failure" rate, where they sometimes don't work any better than a cheap IOL - probably due to poor patient qualification.

I used to think that cataract surgery involved just removing the cloudy growth that covered the eye. I had no idea that a new lense had to be implanted in the eye. I also thought that if you could not see the cloudy cataract over the eye, you didn't have a cataract. I was stunned when my optometrist told me I have a level 6 cataract behind my right eye. It is not visible at all when looking in a mirror.

LASIK can produce better than 20/20 vision depending on the circumstances. However, there are many factors to it, the biggest being if you are a good candidate or not (not everyone is). Further, you may be a better candidate for SMILE, PRK, ICL, or one of the other correction methods. A consultation with a good surgeon is the best way to learn if you are considered a good candidate for which (or any) of the corrective refractive surgeries and, during that pre-op, they will tell you what they think your end result will be. Note that all of these procedures correct distance vision. They do NOT eliminate the need for reading glasses, as the need for reading glasses is related to the lens of the eye, which is a different part of the eye than the cornea. If you need reading glasses now, you will still need them after LASIK or any other procedure.
