Any idea when Iridium will be handed over?
Should be as per the Rera timelines. What was for Iridium?
Rera deadline for Iridium is September 2025, but the whole building seems to be complete. Not sure what they’re waiting for.
@@adamrizk6735 There will be Occupancy certificate approval, followed by transfer of ownership from Kiadb to Brigade and then I think at last they will apply for E Katha post which registration might happen in phases.
Folks, any idea about emerald delivery, I see 20th floor is getting constructed, is there any chance it will get delivered by 2025 December?
If 2025 December was Rera timeline, they will stick to that.

@@ronysamanta6256 not yet. OC is received and they have applied for Katha I guess post which registration might start in phases. Anyways Rera date is Dec 2024

Dec 2024 is the Rera date for Phase 1 including Jasper, Krypton and Feldspar
What's the price and current status
1.25 cr for 1382 sq ft, possession started for first 2 blocks

Sorry, I don’t have yet. Only Helio and Gallium residents can enter their flats as other areas are closed as of now. There was an event at Clubhouse and I captured this during that visit.

Still mall multiplex and hospital to come up. In 2029 when its completely finished it will be one of the most sought after residential place in Bengaluru that is just 15 minutes from the famous T2 terminal of the international airport. What more do we need.

For the current price, you can contact the builder. For 3 bhk it should be over 90 lakhs I think
