I’m also mother baby & our norm is 4 couplets (5 if it’s nuts) I love it so much but the 12 hr shifts and turnover rate can be so draining! I’m a CNA about to start nursing school. It’s truly exhausting to deal with burnout. Families, management, corporate, residents, and staff always want more and more and more, and we can’t give anymore. We barely get any money or compensation for our work & it never feels rewarding anymore. Hoping that things get better 🥹

I’ve been a nurse for about two years and work in a hospital PACU. It’s non stop patient after patient, alarms, occasional anxiety/ panic attack, and no alone time except my 30 minute lunch spent in my car. I like nursing but Im introverted and get so tired of being surrounded by people and not getting a brain break. It seems like they are asking more of us but giving less and I can’t cut back because I only make 60k as it is. Starting to become resentful of nursing and wishing I just had a work from home desk job sometimes because those will even pay more and grant more peace. I stopped faking the smile going into work and people ask me all the time “what’s wrong”and “why aren’t you smiling”? Like leave me alone I’m just trying to conserve my energy; introverts exist 😭 trying to pray and trust God through it

I dropped out of jr college because my grades were so low. I had 0.67 GPA (which is practically some Ds and mostly Fs. Never got high than a C, and that only happened once.) Never had a job and I'm 46 years old

I got the same set up, but for an extra $100.00 I got the creators kit. It came with that same tripod, a Sony mic, a case, a memory card, plus you get the kit lens. And video studio pro software and a few other things. I also broke down and bought all 3 sigma lenses 👍🏽
