Registrace 8. 04. 2008
Fiskars is one of the oldest companies in the world. It began as an ironworks in the small village of Fiskars, Finland in 1649. Over the centuries Fiskars manufactured a wide variety of consumer and industrial products including steam engines, plows and cutlery.
FISKARS TODAY
Today, Fiskars is best known for its consumer products, such as scissors, knives and garden tools. These products are organized in four divisions: Craft, Garden, Housewares and Outdoor Recreation. Fiskars employs over 8,600 people around the world.
ORIGINS OF ORANGE
Fiskars Orange® is an important part of our identity. The orange color came about partly by chance when our iconic scissors were designed in 1967. The prototype handle was created using orange resin left over in a molding machine used to produce an orange juicer. The final decision on color was decided by a vote. Orange defeated black by nine votes to seven. At the beginning of 2006, the number of orange-handle scissors sold surpassed 1 billion!

Someone at another site complain about the constant resetting of the item after they cut. What does that mean??
More like hard change detail knife. The nerve of you to put ads on this video whose demonstration clearly does not work for anyone
How do I clip the top of trees, is there one with q scissor type attachment?
My mower is getting harder to push and it doesn’t seem that the blades are rotating as fast as they once did. I wanted to know if it’s possible to release whatever safety mechanism stops/slows the blades from rotating when stop/slow. My yard is very small and I’m having a difficult time getting the edges cut without having to cut my grass multiple times in different directions so that the blades are always moving on each section around the edges. It’s very frustrating and I’ve been a happy owner for many years. Probably at least 10-12. I am not concerned about spinning blades in safety as I’m the only one that uses the motor and there are no children in my home. Prior to buying my Fiskars Eversharp, I had a 1901 Toro reel mower… That spun and cut at max speed even the very edges of my yard when I stopped. I literally had the rubber on the wheels fall off… When it was 112 years old. (Dry rot.) I tried for other mowers before I settled on the Fiskars. At 65yo I enjoy cutting my grass… But the mower feels like it’s moving slower than I am and I’m still moving pretty fast.
My pruner blade is dull and cuts nothing anymore. Back to Costco it goes.
Learn to maintain your tools?
@@locksmithmuggle after 3 months it's dull? It has no instructions for sharpening the blade and has a "lifetime" warranty w/o mentioning blade maintenance in any of the materials... their problem.
I think you guys could post the model names or the links to find, for example, in another countries
Odd that they do not have guide eywlets like a fishing pole for the rope, and some way of taking up the excess insixe the pole or with a wrap handle like a kite handle with cleats to hold everything in place. It would be so simple. If anyone has any good after-market solutions, post links. FYI The orange pole is 4.5" circumference, and the black marine-like nylon rope is just under 1/4" diam. when relaxed.
Chinese crap
Can't wait for the next episode. I like your music in the background. It's perfect and laid back.
Question should both front wheels be on the ground ?
Girl! I had to get rid of those type of shears. I have scissors that the top does not have the round closure. They look like fiskars easy action shears, but for fabric. I bought 2 pairs years ago and are my preferred scissors. The typical style scissors causes me pain in my thumb and wrist.
Have had a pair for many years
Friendly reminder y'all: Don't forget to wear eye and head protection. No matter your skill level; to not wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) does not impress anyone. Advanced doesn't mean invincible.
Watched this video 10 times. Did everything they said and my mower is still jammed. Worked well for a couple of years but then the blades needed adjustment and this video just didn’t help.
Que presio Tiene
How do I change the blade?
The hardware on the body that holds the rubber of the knife came loose. Has this happened to anyone else? The blade has some play. Is this normal for a knife of such good quality?
Sir how much price I need
Thanks! I just put mine together and sawed off the branch some raccoons were using to get to my attic.
not my exact model im using but now i figured out how to attach the saw to mine, Thanks!
What is the blue button for on the orange slider???🥲🥲🥲🥲😮
Very useful, easy to use, light, simple in assembly, I got rid of three big branches of a huge tree without hiring anyone. And I think I lost weight in the process 😅. I bought it in Costco
I am having trouble with this product, it’s not cutting well, it says full life time warranty but I am not actually getting any service from u guys. It’s bented, I haven’t done anything with it, could u guys please show a sssemby video of it
The wingnut and the screw don't exactly match in the product I bought when I try to attach the saw. The wingnut doesn't close . What size should I be looking for?
what is a good method to store the rope to the pole after use so it stays out of the way other than wrapping it around the pole a bunch of times which is to time consuming to wrap and unwrap?
i just unlock the pole and close it with it in there
I been a carpenter for 30+ years now. While I aways knew Fiskars made popular axes, one day at a local salvage store they had a bin of the 20oz hammer. Looked well made so I bought one, and glad I did. Lets just say I went back a couple days later and bought the last 3 in the bin haha. Since then I've also added the hatchet, hvac seamer and today the utility shears came in the mail. Rips right through corrugated cardboard which is what I bought it for All very well made, better quality then any hand tools Milwaukee or DeWalt puts out that's for sure. Next up is the tin snips and retractable utility knife. Keep'em coming Fiskars, EVERYONE is tired of Milwaukees insane prices for mediocre small hand tools. Hell if you get a cordless tool line out I will sell every Milwaukee tool I have , about 15k worth haha
I bought a pair of these 10 months ago. They are genuinely RUBBISH! I am happy to show you pix of how they clogged up they get just from cutting one strip of double-sided tape. Useless trash!
Can not extend the pole!
This mower has proven to be less maneuverable, less maintainable, less storable, generally less usable, and much more expensive than my American Lawnmower branded mower. I’m so glad it took so long to arrive so I had to go buy the other because I am convinced that the designers of this mower didn’t use any competing reel mowers. It feels like they thought they were competing with rotary mowers. I will forever be steering people away from this one the best I can.
In fact, I hate it so much it’s going out with the garbage. They make good scissors, garbage mowers.
I just bought this and I LOVE it!
I saw all of them & none of them at the same time. What a useless ad.
Can I get it at Amazon also
Where can I get springs for this scissors?
wow it would have been an educational video if you weren’t filming your hands the whole time. Smh waste
Okay, but how do you get the staple gun to work?! This tool you sell is impossible.
I have sent three requests in for warranty on a pair of loppers, heard notiong back from your company, i call, recording says go on line I do and nothing, who do i contact to get this resolved?
Price
There's literally no information on how to adjust the blades - this video sucks!
I bought one of their hatchets and it is far superior to the wood handled hatchets and axes I grew up with.
not fiskars its fisARTS
I have the same pole at home but when I attempt to use the saw. It keeps getting stuck on the back stroke. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
The wing nut won't come off of our saw. We had one before and the nut broke. We sent it back and this one is also fused shut.
WOW IS FANTASTIC AND EXCELLENT TEAM.......!!!! 🇬🇧🇺🇸🇨🇴👌👍
czcams.com/users/shortsvEtTjXtbhtI?feature=share. Got this knife from them yesterday and im in love check it out need to get a few more that I've seen

Works well, the higher the branches the more cumbersome it becomes. czcams.com/users/postUgkxHMc_g3gGUpXsBlcRniL7qDnlxwo192gi It’s very top heavy. Better have some spare batteries near by. Worked very well for the job I had
I just bought this hammer and I can say I overpaid, no magnetic grip. No extra. Just simple hammer. And metal is poor quality too. It’s a shame for fiskrs.
Ama kakuv Parsley BE !!! Parsley only for the rabits !
