Can it be a beach with no sand? If you wanted the best beaches - with sand, go a bit further for example Black Rock Sands or Newborough. The later is where Kate and Wills lived for the first 3 years after the Royal wedding.
Does the underground allow people to bring their scooters?
Yes they allow for specific timing which you can check in their website
