Yes it did work. I lost one tree but only because they had chewed through the tap root. So this fall I will check the wire I wrapped and repaint them with my castor oil concoction and start putting coffee grounds again around them. They aren’t bothered here until there is nothing else to eat. But lots of wire as low as u can get it and a cage when you plant really helps. Good luck! 👍

@@homesteadingwithblueskyranch Of course not, except in hurricane areas. I didn't anchor mine either, I suspect the addition of concrete to anchor to would be the trigger for taxation as structure. Did your roof system draw the attention of the taxing authorities?

We got it from Port A Cover in Spokane, Washington. Versatube website will show you all the dealers near you. We worked with the dealer to build what we wanted and it was then built by Versatube and shipped to the dealer. The dealer then delivered it to us.

That was one of those situations where what the heck are we going to do! But it worked and was pretty darn safe 🤣

I wish I knew! The state insurance commissioner should not allow this to happen! But they are and the rest of us are left scrambling to figure out what we are going to do! We have upped all our deductibles, lowered coverages to pay more for less coverage. We feel really betrayed.

And it looks like too that Progressive really isn’t owned by them but by another insurance company. All I know is they are all crooks!

@homesteadingwithblueskyranch Try filing a claim. We did and they demanded to come to my house to look at my financial records. F that. I told them to pound sand. Their job is to pay the claim, period. They don't need to look at my financials first. Good luck. Hope you find something affordable.

You might want to copyright or Trademark your name so they cant use it. Then send them a cease & desist to stop using your name, like Sony did to that lady over the name of her tiny eatery. Her name is Sony, and Sony Corp sued her for using her own name.

Good question! It is especially important for tomato plants! It helps to grow strong healthy plants and tomatoes but it also helps to protect against blossom end rot.

It gives them strong bones 👍🏻 Calcium is what plants use for the cell walls. So in a way it is like bones even though I meant it jokingly, there is a bit of truth to it. Plants don’t need to much though, after all it is a micronutrient.
