In the video there's some vision through the lenses which is fairly close to what the view looks like in our eyes. It has a brownish tinge, which some people might perceive more reddish/pink than others. So based on what you described. I think it will be similar to what you had previously. Although there may be subtle differences as these lenses are glass material and the Mavericks are polymer based.

They will have the designation "N" in the model number and the standard version doesn't. For this model it is R433N-28T, while the standard is just R433-28T. They also they have a bit of a flatter base curve and extra room in the nose pad arms. Thanks for watching!

i loved your sunglasses PEAHI (curve/wrap) .. ... only issue is the temple is little short for me... which would be another MAUI JIM sunglasses with a similar wrap fit as PEAHI but a little longer Temple that you would recommend ??@@smartsunglassreviews

They're not too heavy compared to some of their other models as the frame is not chunky. But everything with quality glass lenses will feel a bit more front heavy.

Taking out the factor of price, I have to go with the Fair Winds. Love the look and feel of the Solid Titanium frame parts and the Titanium nose pads. Now you can't even get this colour anymore. They only have the Manchester United Edition and the price has gone up as well unfortunately.

I couldn't find any definite answer, some sites said polycarbonate, but most including Nike just say Plastic. I would assume they are poly, given the exposed Shield nature, otherwise they would crack easy.

I know, they do have a few reasonably priced sporty style ones such as Hookipa, Hema Hikina, Sugar Beach and Light House.

I doubt it would be that low. They are good quality materials and QC, with the lenses actually being made in the United States.

@@smartsunglassreviews Not until I know manufacturing cost. This piece of this has no hi-tech technology....plastic frame + plastic lenses. The actual cost goes to shipping, distributors, and finally display on the rack in shopping centre. Everyone need to make money in the entire supply chain.

The ManUtd version is only in Asian fit. However One can do a custom red lava lens option using the "MyMaui" order on the standard fit version if one really wanted to.
