33:00 Important: these tables refer to expansion content (e.g. trapper bounty), which means you cannot use the book with just the base game, even though the book is advertised as such. You'd assume there would be a "base game" equivalent (a default in a sense) but there is not. You need the expansion box.

Love hexploreit Jonahtan! Youre so damn creative in that you're able to create so many different themes and game types! I pledged MoG immediately lol. Cant wait to add it to the collection! I look forward to the next campaign adventure! Any hints what next volume is?

Will this volume have double board play style with previous volumes?

Looking Good. SO easy to miss a step when trying to explain it all out. I miss them from time to time with no excuse. The Sky Tiles in mostly clear mylar could be nice.

I'm super excited about the game, I'm about to complete the collection of the 5 volumes. I still have a long way to go to be able to add some optional things to complete the all in, but I won't watch this whole video. I like that part of what I'm going to find is a surprise. I fully trust in all the design and time that has been put into this system, and you can feel the love with which it is being developed. Hopefully, the time will come when you can release some of the volumes in Spanish, that would be great. Nevertheless, you can count on me for future releases.

Please reference this in the boxes to know how to store everything, is not too difficult to figure out, but this is nice.

I saw that the Jaethi placard is on the back of the Battle map. I don't think is a good idea to have a both sides writable placard. I can see my self loosing the information on the Jaethi side because was erased with my cloths or something else

Very nicely done video! Thanks for that. The game is looking awesome. One question: When you placed the last two terrain hexes wasn't the very last one supposed to be adjacent to the previous one? That's what I thought you had said earlier on in the video.

Looking so epic, can't wait for the next part. Would love to know how the hex tile works in other chapters, for example, when you do a quest, and the hex tile goes over the location, you are technically standing on it, so when you cover it with a hex tile, that has a element under it, do you have to camp to get it, or what is the mechanic in place. Furthermore in other Hex volumes what will you be using the elements for? Will the core shop get items that get enchanced damage, etc? Love to know more on this.

Thanks a lot for this video Jonathan. It's exactly what I (and others I'm sure) wanted to see. I was struggling to see how the various phases worked and this makes it much clearer, although still lots to digest. Is there more than one win condition, or do you only have to defeat the boss?

I joined the HEXPLOREit at the highest level available. There is literally a hundred thousand hours of content in these games. I'm looking forwards to the fall of society so I can hole up in a warehouse and play 18 hours a day :) Seriously, one of the PDF adventure books is over 700 pages!!! What a game!!!

Tl;dr Hopefully this will only require at most any one of the previous modules. I am extremely happty with my Forests of Adrimon journey, got the core in a trade with a local gamer (28 January2023} , previously looked at the sysrem however that was back when I felt the need to go apll in on a game and not all the modules appealed to me. Tabled and loved it, the rules wete great and having been a developer/play tester/proof reader of mainly wargames I was impressed at how clear and unambiguous the rules were, importantly clear procedural steps that include timing meant I could get on with tackling the game challenges and not the rules,for my first game I followed them as I went for about 3 turns then just used the play aids. A short time later the Fall o the Ancients appeared on Gamefound and I pledge for all the FoA, the reprints arrived Augudt 23 and the Campaign Book Fall of the Ancients will be here soon. The FotA crowdfunding campaign was a real joy and fun experience to follow, if you want that experience just go back to the 1st Update (on Gamefound) in March 2023 and take the journey yourself. It is one of the best value for money games I have ever bought, even more so when you factor in all the extra high quality lore and narrative provided by the HexploreIt team during the campaign and on their website.
