Man conqueror looked really smooth with those moves And holy cow, shinobi ones reinforces my thinking that he should have more attacks when he actually uses his chains instead of just one follow up He looks so cool

they should definitely bring these back and buff them somehow. i notice theres a lot of characters that don't have kits that are good for clearing mid, ex. warlord, so they should use unique animations to make all characters viable for mid clear. And also allow you to use lock on to bypass the animations if you want

As someone who’s only experienced playing For Honor since after this update, this looks amazing and I thank you for documenting it. Serious question though: as badass as it looks, isn’t it kinda slow? Maybe that’s one of the reasons they got rid of it, aside from cost-cutting

Ubisoft is so trash for removing these….a fucking multimillion dollar company and they apparently can’t develop a couple of animations for new heroes, oh but we can make a bunch of execution animations so you can buy them, they really can’t release anything intact to save their lives man I swear xD.

lets be real- the only reason they removed it was cuz they didnt wanna bother making new animations for every new hero. if you wanted to clear the wave fast -just attack while in lock and use zone. there was literally no reason to remove these animations other than they were just too lazy to keep it going.

Be advised in year 8 there is hope that the Minion Kill Animations might come back its not really confirmed but the dev in the last Warriors Den Stream spook about the animation for warden look at 27:40 in this video i saw that minion kill animation in the season 8 trailer in the near future they will add something the dev didnt talked to much about minion kills but he teased a tiny bit of it so there is hope that they will Comeback im hyped ❤ stay frosty and have a nice day :3

I wish there's like a game mode where if you go Realistic, these animations would be used instead of the more efficient and competitive style of Minion clearing. I like how we mop things up faster than before but there's also something good about these fancy animations, it's why our characters are called Heroes in the battlefield.

Centurion had the best animations let's be honest here

Oh my god, i always tell my friend how i wished we got these animations in multiplayer. It gave the campaign so much personality, its sad to know that they took it out of the game.

And how times have changed. In Ubisoft fashion destroys the game that was once a masterpiece with new op heroes, lousy re-works on characters that didn't need it only a few tweaks, then there is the poor balancing when adding crossplay to a game that is based on framerate and pixel timing making it impossible for console players to even compete. Using the default attacks to clear the soldiers is so boring. Ubi stop ruining this game...

Great memories. Really wish they would add this back into the game. One of the greatest parts about playing Raider was feeling like an absolute monster taking out minions with these animations.

What do you do when the game only gives you EU remote servers. I block them throught the firewall and the game just gives me Mike-1 or bravo errors, to as if i cant get a US remote server at all.

Actually the reason behind their supression is the fact that , if you were attacked during one of those, you will not be able to react or entering guard mod and paring.

They should do a minion heavy event where these animations return. That would require the devs to make new animations for all the post-Marching Fire heroes, but I'm sure some people there would like that, too or maybe some people sat on animations in their free time. But that's too optimistic, I know...

Most predatory battle pass solution you can see in Overwatch 2. To grind for free you have to grind 1 year to earn currency to buy SINGLE SKIN. And to get all content in store you have to spend 12k $.

Mate I actually really appreciate that you made this. It sucks that the animations were taken out and I really wanted to see all the other animations that would have come out with all the other characters that have been introduced since. Killing minions has become substantially less interesting, but considerably easier too I guess.

Hey not sure if you still do read or respond to comments but, when i added for honor to steam its not called "For Honor" but "forhonor" and it wont let me manage my controller settings.

There is a pc platform fighter known as Rushdown Revolt which it's battle pass is not so grindy and more just play the game every now and then to max it out

Why the minions gotta be so small? Like quite literally Shinobi, the smallest character in the game is taller than them... It's like they are just midgets with swords and shields
