Nice Video! I was on the London Ride 26th may, I came from Poland to my wife's brother and then rent a bike for me. It was awesome. Now i'm obssesed to buy road bike <3 You got cool bike. What's your bike size and what's you height? I'm looking for that Scott <3 Take Care !!!

Love the videos Andy what mount are you using to record these? It looks like a magnetic mount? I have one similar i think but the audio feedback is so bad from the vibrations.
Hey! Thank you for the kind words, I did a video on my mount not long ago, there’s a link to the magnet I use and there also how I made it, also using a wind cover for the camera stops a bit of noise and gives it a bit of protection

Tell me more about that magnetic clip on GoPro device you use at the start of the vid? I’ve got the GoPro chesty but it’s limited in as much as it only faces forward and you can’t really unscrew it if you want to film something that’s to your left or right so I like the idea of that magnetic snap on snap off thing… is that a GoPro product?
It's homemade, the video before this one. It's super easy to use and very easy to make.
You can just unclip your gopro from the chesty if you're dexterous enough 😊

Great video. Random question but do you ever get any inner knee pain after riding for a while?
I used too, it’s usually an issue with position, I manoeuvred my position around to find what was comfortable, I recommend doing this, starting with the saddle height trick or getting a bike fit

There’s also shoe/cleat position, saddle width/pressure relief, usually the pain is down to something being a little out of position, for me it was always my hips that went a bit sore

It varies, I use a lot of both, but mainly the GoPro
