Great stuff, we got stuck at the bottom of that hill in our sidecar when we went, had to get a tow from the organisers before we even got the tent up! The shame!

Hi Baz , Steve will be making one of the whole trip and so is Hutchy , it was an adventure with mountain passes closed with snow and landslides , had to find a hotel in a ski resort for the night in Switzerland might have been Austria , not sure now 🤣 I think we did 7 countries 😁

I’ve Scotland early May, West Coast of Ireland late May then I’m over for the RTTW at the national Arboretum in October and possibly an end of season trip late Oct early November (possibly Wales)

Hi Baza, it was the wife’s bike as I’d had issues with mine on the ride up so had to swop bikes 👍
Steve had issues with his bike on the way up 😮 and issues with his wife’s bike on the way home ,( pothole) came home on one bike 😅 have to find the footage

They will give you some stamped paperwork back at the border , make sure you dont lose it as you need it to get back out of the country , locals are really friendly so never worry about that , you will love it ,it’s like stepping back in time .

Can someone please explain the "passing" lines I see on the shoulders of so many European roads? What does the dotted line actually signify? Sometimes it's almost touching the grass.
Dotted shoulder line is for the narrow one lane roads. For 2 lane roads it's used a full drawn shoulder line. These shoulder lines are first of all to to make it better seeing the edge of the roads in the dark,
