How to balance between state and all india counselling,im worried if i dont get good seats through all india,so my option is to take seat in my state..but what if dates dont match,what if state counselling starts late than round 2,then my fee will be forfeited.and also how to know the offcial website of state,is there any reliable data which tells about state counselling...
