Are the stops at the end of the paper in the paper tray not supposed to touch the end of the paper? I've been using HP printers for 30 years and never seen a paper tray designed where the stop is a good inch or so away from the paper rather than touching it.

What is the piece you did not show that is sitting on top of the printer in packaging after the manual? i have that in my box and cant figure out what it goes to

Anyone found a generic version of the 923 ink cartridges for the 8130e printer? I have always been able to buy generic ink for every printer I have had over the years, please tell me I didn't buy the only printer that needs actual HP ink!! The cartridges that came with the unit were barely filled. I will not do the HP automatic refill of ink program.....The price is ridiculous.....

Why can’t you just insert at the bottom with the syringe?

This doesn't work because it keeps saying replace print cartridges. I have brand-new ones in there already.

At 5:33 you unzip the drivers and the printer seems to start working without actually installing them? You have to go to the directory they were unzipped and click setup.exe.

For some reasons I can’t lift the top up. It seems to be caught on something.

I have spent piles of money cleaning the print heads and running through ink like crazy. You look at this thing the wrong way and it clogs and prints streaks.
