Fredrick Douglas and his work blew me away when i first stumbled upon it. You hear the standard narrative about figures like Douglas, but it was when i picked up his works, that was when i was introduced to his Philosophy. I realized how powerful the Archetypes of Tarot were when I realized that the Tower Card was 9-11 in a nutshell.
