it is not the first time I have heard of someone who realises they are LED after a while 😂 I think that if you are playing well, you don't need to change, it is not mandatory for the dart to be in the field of view, you can use muscle memory and simply release the dart towards the target, it's the style of michael smith or joe cullen for example. Otherwise, if you can't improve, you should try to change, maybe bringing the dart more in line with the dominant eye, in this case however you need time, if at the beginning you struggle it is normal and you should continue, it can take months. Set is the moment when you lock the elbow. Then you move only the forearm. Every darts throw has set, pull back and release phase, may be more or less visible depending on the fluidity of the player. This is the kind of thing where too much analysis leads to mental paralysis, not progress. Very few of the pros got to be that good by thinking about how many degrees the angle of their arm is at, they did it by practice, practice and more practice and figuring out what works best for them in the process. And then more practice.

No it will be an ulnar nerve injury or some form of tendinitis like tennis elbow or arthritis. That's why the elbow is kicking out as it's putting strain on his elbow. The throw is still good though
