I remember when jobs wouldn't go to Mexico, India, China, Indonesia... Not only manufacturing, but scheduling, payments, help desk, so yah, we're having problems believing you.

Going to the bank is not funny when your parents are in their 80s and they need to speak to humans. Or maybe the youth don't care that a generation is being excluded from every day life!

I’m exactly in this position except I am now maxed out even just concentrating on tax filing - no bookkeeping. I’ve turned away business and completely on the verge of a nervous breakdown as I’m unable to find time to sleep during tax season. I can work for 18 hrs a day and still barely made it this year. I’ve outsourced my invoicing for the first time this year. I’m afraid if I add a tax preparer as an employee or contractor, they might end up taking business from me and setting up their own practice. I’m also worried about someone new tarnishing my reputation since it’s 99% word of mouth if a new hire is unprofessional in any way. Any advice?

I have been doing the book kegoing on 30 years, The field That I am in is real estate property management. I did a lot of residential, but recently landed a job in the real estate commercial side of it, property management. I'm so new to 1031 exchange, close closing Escrow statements for some properties that are sold, comma LLC percentage partnership flowing through K1s, I still yet to master a lot of Accounting real estate procedures that I know nothing about, this video couldn't have come at a better time thank you for the lifting inspiration. Do you know of anywhere I can enroll myself to learn about real estate accounting, A place that specializes only in real estate accounting?
