Please do not use essential oils outside of aromatherapy. It’s a gimmick. There are no long term studies showing long term use of such high concentrations of these oils. Especially on a newborn baby’s skin.

Hi I know this video is older so you have probably figured out your supply issues, but i just have a quick tip. Usually exclusively pumping milk at some point milk supply does diminish because its a machine not an actual baby so I would recommend nursing the babies in between pumping. I have 8 kids and my second was a 27 week nicu baby so I had months of pumping and trying to figure out the whole thing, but putting baby to breast does something different in your brain to stimulate milk. Good for you for keeping up giving them your milk.
