Moreover his renewed plans for green investment are a continuation of previous Governments'. Today's students (all subjects) and City investors know that the big money for the UK and all major economies is in new green investment for the global market. We have a lot of chemical, engineering, software and investment know-how. The majority of fund managers and institutional investors want the UK to be in the vanguard of a "Green Revolution". Oil is history. Only oil companies that use their existing assets and wealth to generate and distribute hydrogen and electricity will survive. We will not see Sussex turned into a waste land like that around Odessa, Texas.
