    I would like to make the graph like this. In my data, I have 3 type intervals: interval 1 consists of 10, 50, and 100. Interval 2: 100, 300, and 500. Interval 3: 500, 700, and 1000. When I created the graph, the value 100 in intervals 1 and 2 could not be separated, or there was no line to separate them between the interval values. It also happens in intervals 2 and 3 on the value 500. I want to create a line like your graph, where a line is separated between 60 and 20 for every category. Do you have the tutorial that I mean?

      Thanks! What I need is an explanation of how to read two bars showing means with +/-SD… Do they point to significance in any way (overlapping error bars for example)? I did a t test on my data which showed highly significant differences but this didn’t seem to be reflected in my chart. I’m just a beginner with all this!

For precise significance, rely on your t-test results rather than just the visual overlap of error bars. Your t-test showing highly significant differences is the key indicator.
