Been here many times, the negative comments really annoy me as many say the rooms are dated, your room is a base, get out and enjoy the surroundings, they are clean comfy and have all the amenities you need, food is good, drinks, the beaches lovely, entertainment ok, it's a budget friendly holiday what do people expect, if you want posh there are plenty of other hotels around, I love it at Holiday Inn, relaxed and laid back, people are friendly, stop complaining enjoy yourselves, or maybe go elsewhere.

I have an option of double ocean view family room, or one that is two bedroom family room. This is nice, in one room i see.

I went in September, I had money stolen from my room, I had clothes stolen from my room, when I complained I was called a tryboy, basically a trouble maker, I can’t fault the hotel or complex, and the food is superb, but you’re surrounded by thieves, and you are blatantly asked for tips, and when you do tip you are told is that all, now go to another island, I was sat at the pool side bar one day and the music was on and it said you can come here anytime you want as long as you aren’t white, I sat there in disbelief, Jamaicans think you can not understand them, but I can and I’m white, please don’t go here, it’s not good, I heard it described lovely by one guest, he said it’s paradise full of thieves. You have been warned.
