In the 90s, there was a TV ad here in Argentina from Quilmes beer called "en tu cabeza hay un gol" (in your head there's a goal), the ad features a "spanish version" of this song, however the lyrics have nothing to do, they talk about football (soccer fo the US), and I though it was an original song, but I was a kid and I had no idea that it was based on this song.
