Although simply echoing others comments, I am compelled to agree. This is some of the best lanuage exlanation I have seen and I have quite a few miles on the clock. I am relearning english at the same time as learning german.
Danke. :)
THE BEST IS TO LISTEN TO RADIO IN GERMAN PERMANENTLY AND AS IF IT WERE FUNCTIONAL MUSIC AND LET THE unconscious part of our mind WORK. ALWAYS AND AT ALL TIMES, IT WORKS A LOT!! IT WORKS!! IT IS SAFE DIVING!! WDR5 RADIO FOR EXAMPLE OR INFORADIO, ETC. THIS IS ADVICE FROM AN ENGLISH TEACHER FROM ARGENTINA, WHO DID NOT WANT TO LOSE HER VERBAL SKILLS.
LO MEJOR ES ESCUCHAR RADIO EN ALEMÁN DE MODO PERMANENTE Y COMO SI FUERA MÚSICA FUNCIONAL Y DEJAR TRABAJAR LA PARTE inconsciente de nuestra mente. SIEMPRE Y A TODA HORA, FUNCIONA Y MUCHO !! IT WORKS !! ES INMERSIÓN SEGURA !! WDR5 RADIO POR EJEMPLO O INFORADIO, ETC. ES UN CONSEJO, DE UNA PROFESORA DE INGLÉS DE LA ARGENTINA , QUE NO QUERÍA PERDER SUS HABILIDADES VERBALES.

My brain juice ist empty todey, bis bald. Tchuss.
For me, that second verb placement always creates an element of surprise or mystery in a sentence. Imagine your pretty classmate starts by saying... Ich möchte (she wants something) Ich möchte heute Abend (Hmmm...she wants something tonight) Ich möchte heute Abend mit dir (she wants to do something with me tonight!) Ich möchte heute Abend mit dir bei mir (she wants to do something with met tonight at her place!!) Ich möchte heute Abend mit dir bei mir lernen. (Sigh...she wants to study) 😂😂😂
Dankeschön 🙏
