This video is really good. But there are mistakes. I listed some right here: - Frisks lv is too high. If it was Save And Load that would be fine. But it's too small to be Save and Load. - That power level sound effect is kinda annoying. - Flowey is way too weak - Napstablook appears in Waterfall - Toriel used her full power at her fight - Lesser Dog has too much power compared to Greater Dog. - Same with Doggo - And Dogamy/Dogaressa - Compared to Mad Dummy, Waterfall enemies are a bit too strong - Seriously how is Napstablook stronger than Mad Dummy?? Why is he so weak?? - Mettaton is also too weak - Both RGs are stronger than Mettaton EX. - Muffet is way too weak - Mettaton EX is too weak - Omega Flowey should be way higher - Why isn't Asriel power the same as the barrier - The barrier and Asriel is too strong compared to Omega Flowey - How is 6 hunan souls all monster souls weaker than 7 souls Asriel? - Also the human Souls itself were never wizards. - And the souls having different power doesn't add up. - Also normal Asriel is too strong - Lv 10 should be weaker than Undying - Lv 19 should be weaker than Sans - Mettaton NEO was always working right - NEO is also stronger than Undying based on stats. But at that point Frisk is too strong for him - Temmie is too strong Thats it for now!

I read your description, I will argue that W.D.Gaster is a real character since he is mentioned by name and background information about him is given in game. Also, mystery man (who I'm pretty sure is confirmed to be W.D.Gaster at this point) can be encountered without hacking, you just have to be very lucky. All that being said, I don't blame you for not listing his power level since there isn't much data to go on and honestly his power level is probably very...weird. If everyone else's power level was on a numberline on an X axis his would probably either be off that number line completely and on the Y axis or would the square root of a negative number.

Shouldn't Metteton's box have a really high power as it is stated in the game, when checking Metteton, that he is indestructible. Also, when answering a question wrong he will divide your health in half. So theoretically, if you were battling Metteton at LV20, Metteton will deal a maximum of 49.5 damage if you get a question wrong the first time. He does 10 damage the first time you get a question wrong the first time, making him the most powerful monster in Undertale.
