I am obsessed! I’ve had a bag of dried split peas, sitting in my pantry for months, I followed this recipe and added a little bit of cumin and pinch of paprika, they turned out so delicious! I will say, I tried the mixture before frying it, and it was very bitter, but don’t let that deter you! Once you fry them, they’re so yummy!!! 🥰 thank you for sharing this recipe!

I’ve tried this salad, but because I don’t like apple cider vinegar, I just used fat free Italian dressing, and I can’t have avocado because I regurgitate it, so I just left it out. I loved it. Thanks for sharing.
