@@vlonebully4074 it wasn't that bad. regardless of whether you're fit or not the first couple of weeks will not be easy. but it will get easier as long as you don't slack during the smoke sessions, and put your all into it. running and pushups should get a lot easier after the first 3-4 weeks.
I've lost around 20kg (45 ish pounds) and i absolutely dislike my upper body, cause its small but has no shape. I will try to do this along with my weekly runs (which i've been doing every year during the spring/summer/fall months... i just quit on winter, i cant function in the cold). I try to not overeat during the week, but im not exactly aiming to lose more weight. We'll see if there are changes.

Well if they want you to go asap then they’d get you through in one day. For me I went to meps probably around 5 times because they were messing with my paper work. And I stood at the hotel like 3 times.

I finally passed my ASVAB thanks to Mr Clark who helped me with his tutoring.He has good tips and questions for everyone willing to join his group.I was recommended to him by a friend even though it took me time to trust in him but at the end I was happy for the good work.I want to take this opportunity to tell you all to join him and trust in him despite the process.Thanks to him I had 89AFQT.After five attempt unsuccessful I finally made it.
