I found a WEDDING BAND on a Sand Bar in the MIDDLE of the LAKE!!
Welcome back to another episode of Wisconsin Fisherman! Today, I decided to take a break from fishing and share one of my other favorite old time hobbies with you: metal detecting. I ventured out to the local sandbar, curious to see what treasures I might find buried beneath the surface. To my surprise, I uncovered a beautiful earring and an unexpected bonus-a tungsten wedding band!

Nice video. You never know what you'll find when looking, anywhere! Can you dive a few feet down with that too, or can't the headphones or the whole unit get wet? If you can, I bet you'd find tons of stuff in deeper water too!

A great uncle was a foreman for logging that area back in the late 1800's, it is what it is. The forests have made a great comeback anyway.

Seems like someone had a little too many to drink (hence all the bottle caps) and then gave up their ring to the lake in exchange for a PR fish. Can be the only explanation haha.

Many years ago I almost lost my wedding ring when it came off while I was field dressing a deer, in the dark, in a grassy low spot. My hands were cold, and it slid off. Luckily, it hung up in the grass before falling all the way down into the mud. Since then I wear a rubber ring when hunting, fishing or doing home construction work. Great find. I hope the owner comes forward.

The crappie were suspended from 3’ down to 10’ down over 23’ of water! Just roaming around

It is weird because we caught them in weeds today I guess they split up and some suspend!
