I have skull candy smookin buds and i put them in the case wont charge or turn on sometimes do if i connect a charger to it itll charge for a few then turn off and wont charge they will respond in the case but wont do anything if i press the touch sensor when they are out of the case i dont know what to do i have hard rested 5 times and nothing

Thank you so much, i was wondering why the earphone tjingy mode is still on when I plugged my wired eqrphones off a while ago 😅😅 I tried cleaning the headphone jack and it works again! I realized that i was in the shower that time and some water went into the jack 😅😅
