Love the sippy sigh at the end 😅 Why measure beans but not temp of the milk. Im the opposite. Figured you can only get so much grounds into a basket. And always watch temperature of milk with thermometer.

Nice to watch, but unrinsed, unbleached papers? Adds a horrible cardboardy taste to the coffee. I started out with unbleached, but soon realised how poor the resulting brew is.
Thanks for your good comment! From my experience, The unbleached filter paper from Hario doesn't bother me and my barista friend, but some others said it does, so I think this case is by person. However, the most precious of all, we can enjoy the brewing process scene :)
@@baal.wsoothingcafe2375 Absolutely, and I'm not judging. Never tried the Harios, so maybe they're ok. The ones I've tried from supermarkets literally have a cardboardy taste. My tip is to always try a paper on it's own first, that is, pour water through it and take an inhale of the vapour. If you can smell it you will almost certainly taste it. But anyway, just take a sip of the water that filtered through it, and if you can taste anything at all it must be affecting the flavour of the coffee to some extent. Cheers, and happy brewing!
