There's a fifth one here, the Patsy who always does it then gets tossed out
Sorry but not a damn person is my leader! Too ask you so called leaders lol you won't have a company or business if all the employees start demanding you will pay what they want! So don't be giving others advice when you get bailed out, can't explain why every politician is wealthy rich but America is in $35 trillion dollars in debt! Ya you leaders sure know what you're doing lmao lmao you're a joke

have these people ever worked in corporate America working 996?
There are mountains of evidence that there exists very little employER accountability, where companies, especially the largest ones are running completely amok, doing as they desire at the expense of those they consider to be nothing more than bottom-suckers. Proof of this running amok is at the time of this post 178K views, 6 years in the making, and only 13 comments. 13 comments? Really? What are the odds? The bottom-suckers are becoming awake and aware, and the psychopaths who think they own and control the masses are going to be held accountability for their unscrupulous activities. It's already happening, which is why the worldwide ruse was perpetrated in 2020. John Eades can FO.
If you are NOT the leader of a project or a job ... accountability should go hand in hand with 'reward above the rest' or 'new opportunity's for that member that the rest does not get'.
This pod cast is amazing, I just did a work power point project on it
Accountability is easier to say than done. But it can be practiced with willingness and determination. czcams.com/video/Y_5VMaNlMVM/video.html

This is my poem. The feds raided my house and stole it in 2005. I can't believe how much it spread. I wrote this in federal prison. I am author.
Thank you for this. Super short but super informative.

Hi. 🙂 Please, let us pray together. Dear God who art in heaven hallow be thy name thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil for thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever in Jesus Christ's name we pray amen.

That's like saying only 24% of your body is your head, and 76% is the rest of your body. Without a head, you're dead. Leaders are born. This is video panders to the majority of people who lack inherent leadership qualities.

This relates to what I am saying in my book: "Once you embrace, understand, and internalize the rhythm of leadership, it becomes easier, more comfortable, and highly effective."

Use some remote collaborative tools like Restyaboard to effectively lead a remote team.
Flexibility in current times means taking care of family matters in the home, sometimes at a moment’s notice. So, while that means a work day could extend to accommodate that, some find it difficult to unplug. In addition there’s cases where since the employees have their systems at home, there’s some liberty with contacting people in off hours to handle situations
