Ironically, this committee is called HEAR, and it apparently doesn’t want to be heard. The first audible part is at 15:21, and *that* is at low level. The top one-third of the slide presentation is chopped off (please adjust the camera), so we cannot see the data presented. And the man in the video shown in the screen is inaudible. It appears the City of San Gabriel is uninterested in Americans With Disabilities, who have their own federal act (ADA), by the way. Do we need to make a federal case out of this? 🤨

We viewers can always turn the sound down, but we cannot boost it up. Failure to take this into account is discourteous, at the least, and arguably a disregard of ADA regulations. Even though we could just read the transcript, assuming it transcribed accurately, that means we cannot be looking at the PowerPoint content. We can only look one place or the other.
